Accepted payment methods: CASH, ANCV CHEQUE or BANK CHEQUE.

Frequently asked questions
What is included with the bike rental?
Each rental includes a lock, a pannier or basket and a repair kit, at no extra cost. A helmet is also provided free of charge, on request when you book.
Is a deposit required?
No, we don't ask for any deposit. A piece of ID is enough to take your bike.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank cheques and ANCV holiday cheques. Payment is made directly at the shop when you collect the bike.
Can I book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking ahead, especially in high season (July-August) and for electric bikes. You can book online, by phone or by email.
What if it rains or the bike has a mechanical problem?
A repair kit is supplied with each rental to handle small issues (punctures in particular). For more serious problems, contact us: we'll point you to the quickest fix. As for the weather, we're happy to adjust your rental duration if conditions require it.
Do you deliver bikes to my accommodation?
Yes, we deliver to your accommodation in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and the surrounding area (campsites, hotels, mas, seasonal rentals) from €16 of rental. See the Delivery page for the areas we cover.
